Change to a new banner during a prepaid month

This allows an advertiser, during their own pre-
paid and in-process month of banner advertising,
to have us change to a different banner for the
remainder of that same month for the applicable
same one web site and same one area there.

In order to have a change processed in a timely
fashion, this order, with all the listed items
correct, must be placed no less than two (2)
complete business days before the desired
date of implementation.
